* Sleep on your back to avoid wrinkle formation. Avoid sleeping on your side or face down for it will give you sleep lines that may become permanent on your skin.
* Avoid squinting because it stresses your facial muscles that may form to become wrinkles. To keep you from squinting, if possible, wear reading glasses or sunglasses to protect your eyes from sun damage.
* Avoid washing your face all the time because it tends to strip off skin of its natural barrier oils and moisture which is a protection against wrinkles. Always use mild soap or better to use facial cleansers formulated for specific type of skin.
* Foods to help keep your skin look youthful: Eat fish especially salmon, a source for protein which help build great skin; Eat soy to protect and help some photoaging damages of the sun; Drink cocoa to make skin smoother.
